Day One and Two 1/2 Days: Leave from Dakar, Senegal via private artist bus to Guinea, Conakry in West Africa. This trip is for the adventurist and people person. Must be physically and mentally fit. We will be travelling on a road trip with Guinean artists. Visiting friends, family and dancing and singing along the way. It is at this time that we will give solar items to Guineans along the way. Day Three: Settle down and visit community in Boke. Participate in African dance-drum-song classes. And observe Guinea repetition if you have the energy. Day Four/Five: Travel to Kandia to the waterfalls. Participate in African dance-drum-song classes. Day Six: Participate in African dance-drum-song classes and observe repetition. Day Seven: Participate in African dance-drum-song classes. Rehearse with Guinean artist for your performance.
Please note that each day when not traveling you will be engaged in drum/dance and language classes. And you will be engaged in ballet repetitions and rehearsals for your own special performance.
